Renovation work at the Coco d’ Or Hotel has been completed and the hotel is now running as normal, the hotel has planned to
close in January 2009 for other construction works.

Following the previous renovation update of the construction works at Le Domaine de L’Orangeraie. Below is the recent
update on the Construction.
Laundry and Kitchen House: - The construction started in November 2007 and is taking place at the back of the hotel
approximately 50m away from the hotel. Most of the time there are no noise disturbance
The provisional date of completion of construction is at the end of June 2008.
Road Construction:-Construction of the road is about 400 metres from the existing hotel. Construction has started since
15th September 2007 and is now finished.
Lake Villa: (4 villas in total)-Construction of the villas has started two months ago, works being done are un-noisy.
The lake villas may be finished by the end of September 2008.
Hill Villa: (5 villas in total) - Villas will be situated 300m away from the hotel and the structural works are in progress
Update on the Kitchen on the other side of the road:
Nearly finish breaking a huge rock about 100Metres from the existing hotel-noisy work from 09h00 to 18h00, Stop
between 12h00 to 13h00
Future work to be done :
• Sea front restaurant area : Will start in July 2008
• Swimming pool : Will start September 2008
• Restaurant & Bar : September 2008
• Reception : September 2008
Work schedule: 07h00 to 12h00-13h00 to 18h00
Regarding the date for hotel closure is still to be 01st September 2008 up to opening 20 December 2008.

At Le Meridien Fisherman’s Cove the maintenance work on the sea wall and the interior refurbishment work at the Fine
Dinning Restaurant ‘Le Bourgeois and the Sunset Bar has been completed and are well ahead of their previous date.

The left wing of the Resort has been fully operational as of Monday the 09th of June 2008, including the A La Carte
Restaurant ’Le Bourgeois’ with an exciting new fine dining menu, upgraded wine list including special French
wines ’Grands Crus’.

Works have already started at Lemuria since June 2008 and is planned to be completed by mid July
2008.
1) The renovation works are taking place in three phases :-
a) Extending the restaurant
b) Setting up of a permanent buffet
c) Repairing the flooring
All these works will be done in a ’soft’ way so that the clients can enjoy their stay at the hotel.
2) The restaurant will be kept opened. Depending upon which phase of the refurbishment, different restaurant areas
will be available for instance ‘around the pool ‘ .
There will be no ’shut down’ of the restaurant. There may be minor alternatives that shall be proposed from time to
time.
3) Construction works start at 10h30 in the morning after breakfast service and lasts until 7.00 pm
The construction works will not be causing any disturbances to the clients during their stay.
Work will be ongoing from Mondays to Saturdays included-Off on Sundays.
No equipment that will be visible and audible will be used.

Hallo allerseits,

sind Sie eher der Selbstversorger-Typ oder vielleicht sogar ein leidenschaftlicher Hobbykoch. Dann könnte die folgende Seychellen-Reise genau das Richtige für Sie sein:

Sie fliegen von Deutschland aus nach Mahé, von wo aus Sie mit einem Inlandsflug der Air Seychelles weiter nach Praslin fliegen. Dort übernachten Sie 4 Nächte in der Mango Lodge.

Die Mango Lodge liegt im Nordosten von Praslin und ist ca. 10 Min. vom Strand entfernt. Mit ihren 11 angenehm großen Zimmern und der sehr gepflegten Selfcateringanlage bietet sie das ideale Umfeld für eine Selbstversorgung im tropischen Umfeld.

Im Anschluss setzen Sie dann mit einer Fähre auf die Insel La Digue über, wo Sie 3 Nächte im Hotel Fleur de Lys verbringen.

Das Hotel Fleur de Lys besteht aus nur 4 Bungalows. Diese sind alle auf Selfcatering ausgerichtet und durch die Trennung von Wohn- und Schlafbereich vermitteln sie zudem eine gewisse Größe.

Die Romance Bungalows liegen im Nordwesten von Mahé. Die Anlage beherbergt insgesamt 7 Bungalows, die alle umgeben sind von einem schönen tropischen Garten. Die Zimmer sind alle ansprechend eingerichtet und haben alle jeweils eine Kleinküche und eine Veranda, so dass dem selbstgekochten Festmahl unter tropischer Sonne nichts mehr im Wege steht.

Von Mahé aus fliegen Sie dann wieder zurück nach Deutschland.
