Works have already started at Lemuria since June 2008 and is planned to be completed by mid July
2008.
1) The renovation works are taking place in three phases :-
a) Extending the restaurant
b) Setting up of a permanent buffet
c) Repairing the flooring
All these works will be done in a ’soft’ way so that the clients can enjoy their stay at the hotel.
2) The restaurant will be kept opened. Depending upon which phase of the refurbishment, different restaurant areas
will be available for instance ‘around the pool ‘ .
There will be no ’shut down’ of the restaurant. There may be minor alternatives that shall be proposed from time to
time.
3) Construction works start at 10h30 in the morning after breakfast service and lasts until 7.00 pm
The construction works will not be causing any disturbances to the clients during their stay.
Work will be ongoing from Mondays to Saturdays included-Off on Sundays.
No equipment that will be visible and audible will be used.
